Below you’ll find information on each Admin Feature in the Auction Software.
This is where you setup your preliminary settings like your aypal email address, time zone, free mode, fraud report, max images, max file size and more.
Here you can toggle which types of auctions you want to have available to your members. You can select from Standard Auction, Penny Auction and or Fixed Price option.
This is where you set the price range for how the bid increments will work. For example, you can set the first range from 0 to 50 having an increment of 5. Then if someone lists an Auction between those ranges then the bid increments will be 5 dollars. So if someone places a bid for 40 dollars then the next bid that can be placed will be 45 dollars.
This is the number of times that a user can relist their auction.
These are the options available to users when they are submitting a listing. If you select them all then users can checkbox any of them for their listings. Shipping is the same way.
This is where you setup the number of days before Auction Ending items appear in the Auction Ending section. If you set it to 3 then auctions ending in 3 days will appear in that section.
These are other auction settings that you can set for instance the number of items per page. You can also set the time limits on how things appear in things like ending soon, just ended and new auctions. You can also turn on the youtube link which will allow users to show a youtube video link if they have a product displayed on youtube.
This is where you setup your category structure. You can go three sub-categories down by default. If you want to go down further then you’ll need to set that in the config area.
Here you can set the order of which the Categories will be displayed. You can choose from Ascending or Descending.
These are the system email templates. This is where you can edit how the emails that are sent out will appear.
This is where you can see all the auctions that are listed and here you can edit them or delete them as see the users profile that created it. You can also export your listings to an excel file (CSV).
This is where you can see all the users that are on the system. You can see all their auctions as well as all the invoices that they have sent out. You can also see their IP address, email, bids, profile data as well as send them a direct email message.

This is where you set up which options you want to charge your members for. Some will be fixed prices and some will be priced via a price range fixed price or price range percentage. It’s up to you where you want to use a fixed price range or a percentage price range.
This is where you set the Bold fee option where you can charge your users a fee if they select the Bold option for their listing.
This is where you set the Buy Now fee option where you can charge your users a fee if they select the Buy Now option.
This is where you set the Category Featured fee option where you can charge your users a fee if they want to have their listing Featured in a specific Category.
This is where you set the Home Page Featured fee option where you can charge your users a fee if they select the Home Page Featured. This will put their listing on the main home page at the top.
This is where you can set the Auction Setup fee where you can charge your users a fee for listing their auction. This is optional like all the other fees.
This is where you set the Picture Gallery fee option where you can charge your users a fee if they want to add more photos to their listing.
This is where you set the Relisting fee where you can charge your users a fee if they want to relist their auction.
This is where you set the Reserve Price fee option where you can charge your users a fee if they select the Reserve Price option during their listing setup. This is either a fixed price range or a percentage price range.
This is where you can see all the money that you have made off of your auctions. This is money you have collected from users who have submitted auctions.
This is where you can see all the stats that are in your auction site. You can see auctions that are active, sold, unsold and closed.
